As we reflect on the true meaning of this Easter Sunday, we know that you are safely in the arms of God and he is the one now taking care of you.  Nothing greater could we ask.  We miss you dearly each day and you are always in our thoughts.  As the sun is shining brightly today, I also reflect on our wonderful life together and how we would be spending this glorious, special day.  We miss you so much, my Love. 

Missing you, our Valentine, and want to say how much we love and miss you.

God knows it is a wonderful day, the birth of two very special people.  And, only God knows why he chose this day to bring you home.  We should all be rejoicing on this day; instead, we mourn.

Your entire family Loves and Misses you so very much!

As the day for giving Thanks arrives we start the day with such heavy hearts.  We should all be here together getting ready to share in a wonderful day.  As each holiday or for that matter, each day that arrives, it is so difficult to survive the day without your smile, encouragement, and love,  What we are truly thankful for is all the great times spent together, the memories made, and most of all, the wonderful love and respect for each other we shared and treasured so much.   

We salute you today for all that you did to protect and serve our Country.  You were as proud to be a Veteran as we are still proud of you today.  We thank all Veterans as well today and thank them for their service.  We miss and love you so very much. 

Our time together was taken away, we dreamed of being here together, forever.  We had so many wonderful times, memories, and moments that will never be forgotten.  

I embrace every day that we had together and will continue to do so until we see each other again.

Happy Anniversary to My Wonderful Husband!

The storms are beginning once again and they only remind us of you.  How we used to sit on the front porch together, the three of us, watching the lightening and listening to the thunder.  Every time it rains it brings back those fond memories and how we so loved to be together. It's very hard to put into words how very difficult the last 6 months have been.  The tears flow each and every day as the hurt and emptiness grows and is harder and harder to handle.  I feel such a loss that no one can never imagine.  Grace stares at your pictures with such sadness in her eyes that it breaks my heart to know what a loss she is feeling as well.  One day we will all be together again and listen to the great thunder in the sky.  Love You and Miss You So Very Much.

Although you were not Grace's father figure, she thought of you as Grandpa, it still is a day to remember and honor you and hope that your two sons are thinking of you on this day.  Today, Grace came to visit you and laid on your grave.  It was very touching to see and hope that somehow it gave her some sense of peace.  So, Happy Father's Day, Grandpa; we miss you so very much.
